The Co-operative is based in Canterbury, in the South Island of New Zealand, the primary growing region for New Zealand’s blackcurrant crop. Trade Solutions (Scotland) Ltd
Based in the hills just above Blairgowrie, Scotland, is Trade Solutions (Scotland) Ltd, a purpose-built facility for Scottish Soft Fruit Processing, offering high quality soft fruit purees, IQF fruit and natural flavours formed in 2000. For well over 100 years Scotland has been famous for its soft fruit production, particularly strawberries and raspberries, and more recently, blackcurrants. Our aim is to market and promote that provenance. We have long established relationships with local growers and our processing facility is located within a few miles from the supplying farms. This enables the fruit to be processed within a few hours of being picked, and thus allow us to implement a full and reliable traceability system. All of our fruit suppliers are approved by all of the major retailers, and we ourselves have BRC AA Grade accreditation. We supply strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries and gooseberries

Zipperle
In the heart of South Tyrol, Europe’s largest apple-growing area, Hans Zipperle AG, a leader in the fruit-processing sector, manufactures and distributes the very best base materials for the finest of juices. Every year, the company processes about 180,000 metric tons of fruit into semi-finished products such as juice concentrates, fruit pulps and aromas for Europe’s fruit juice, baby food, and food industries, which amounts to 120 truckloads or 3,000 metric tons a day. In addition, the company produces around 5 million returnable glass bottles of fruit juice for the local region. The company’s storage capacity – approximately 65,000 metric tons of fruit juice, fruit juice concentrate, and fruit pulp – correlates to two times the entirety of South Tyrol’s wine production.
